The
tall flower spikes can grow to over 6 feet. The ones in the photograph,
in a desert garden near Leon Springs, are over 8' high. The low rosettes
of thin, flexible leaves are 2' to 3' high by 4' to 6' wide - after many
years. Evergreen and deerproof. Grows in full sun to half-day
sun, in a location with good drainage. Requires no supplemental irrigation
once established.
(Feed with 5 to 7 Agriform
